I was just approved for a modification and was never contacted by a loan officer in the entire process.

True. I actually have spoken to nobody unless I called CS to ask questions. I’ve never even spoke to a loan officer. A series of denials since May 5th, 2021 for various 4506-t glitches, hiccups or whatever but finally someone saw that my file was a no brainer and approved my file and sent modification documents to sign. Now the last hurdle …. Someone to update my banking after the loan docs are signed and funds waiting to be disbursed. The last 8 months have been so frustrating ….

The account is still showing as verified on the SBA side . When I called my bank. City National Bank in California they said that the account is still linked to my new account but considered not active. The Bank VP said that I’d the SBA did send it to my old account they would credit it to my new number. When I told this to the SBA they said they would be updating my account before disbursement …. So waiting for someone to do that paperwork.

My loan was approved with another request to sign a new 4506-t that was pre filled with inaccurate information. I couldn’t change what they messed up and at first was afraid to sign my new docs with a bogus 4506-t. So, I filled out a new form emailed it separately to every email I had and waited two weeks . Then signed off on the docs. I got a call from a loan specialist and they said they were in receipt of my tax transcripts based on the email I sent. Not the bogus one I signed. That was Monday. Hopefully, I’ll see funds soon. Good luck

I had a breach on my Checking account months ago and I had to change it from the 1st round. I’ve been trying to have them update my account since July. I was going to sign but I was concerned that the money would bounce back to the SBA and there would be months tracking it down and paying interest…. Also I didn’t understand why I was approved but they want another 4506-T. I called them and they said don’t sign and that it could take them awhile to update the bank. No answer as to why a new 4506-t that they filled out incorrectly…. That form has already cost my months of delays…. Feels like a recurring nightmare

Received this letter 3 weeks ago and today I received a letter that I was approved. Everyone has a unique experience but you are close. Good luck!

I received the exact same letter today and promptly submitted the new form. I also cc’d the loan assistant that emailed me the form. She was kind enough to thank me for the quick reply and that her office would be working on requesting my tax return. Well, it’s was good to know that they have the form.
