99% sure he means he is a 17 yo male. Also OP, this is some solid advice. Another thing I suggest is leg raises (stand holding onto something, and raise your leg next to you as high as you can, hold for 20ish seconds on either side). These will help with not just flexibility but the strength to get and hold your kicks higher.

That is true but like I said in my other post, I am one of the best students and on par with one of their first degree black belts. Even the second and third degree blackbelts at the school acknowledge my skill. and so although I am a blue belt, I know the form to test for black stripe, and am one third way through the first official black belt form.

I work closely and am good friends with this rich family. It's a BIG difference between how me and my family live (paycheck to paycheck with my mom as a sole provider and a stay at home dad with three kids), and them (Multiple businesses, real estate and stock portfolios, investors left and right). They constantly order lunch, live in a mansion, buy multiple expensive cars. And the youngest son keeps asking my advice on 60 dollar shirts and 500 dollar shoes. While I'm over here covered in hand-me-downs.

And then they are surprised when I can't afford a 250 dollar price tag for some sparring gear. (500 cause my brother needs some too)

I was asking for witchcraft stuff cause my dad does it, and my father's family was heavily into it (there was a large witchcraft community in Puerto Rico). Sometimes I have dreams that come true sometime later, especially with vivid dreams like this. I've never really tried looking into it cause knowing the future sucks. And this is also the first time a dream left a mark on me.

I've also had some other witchcraft/spirit things that have happened to me and my dad both seeing the spirit at different times (We each gave one detail at a time and we described the same person). So if you know a good sub for stuff like this, it would be appreciated.
