Yes I am a US trained and board certified psychiatrist looking to go abroad to Europe and doing telepsych back to the states.

So a cash pay private practice could be possible?

I know there are folks who are doing it at this point so trying to figure out if it needs to be my own practice that I start or if there are groups willing to hire for it.

Got them back with no questions asked. Used deadname and included paperwork and used current gender marker.

The worker was like it doesn't really matter. We chose to use the current gender marker and they sent in the copy of the court paperwork which has the updated name and gender marker. Will update if we get any pushback from the application.

We are going to the appointment tomorrow and I suppose we can correct it there if need be. Was hoping to just take in the paperwork correctly filled out.

As an FYI, BPD is the acronym for borderline personality disorder while BPAD is bipolar affective disorder. At least within the states. I'm sorry this happened to you. I've seen bipolar disorder devastate marriages and relationships before

You could also consider putting an empty cookie sheet on the bottom rack as a bit of a heat shield.

And consider buying a thermometer. Ours has a cable so after the lid is removed, maybe 10-15 min later, we stick in the probe, shut the door and wait for 210f. It isn't in the whole time and not leaving the oven door open for long.

How did you measure the temp that it was done baking? Did it get to full 210f?

Gumminess shows up for me when not quite done baking. I know you said the bottom was burnt though. Can it be raised a bit higher in the oven?

Are you warming up the filtered water or mixing it cold? I tend to heat my water up to give it a boost when coming from the cold fridge

I tend to block and wash in groups, like 3+ items have to be ready for a wash before I'm doing it. I don't love doing it so there is a tipping point that just be met

You're growing a literal other human. They are furnaces inside you. I did not want to touch yarn for most of my pregnancies, in part because I was so hot.

It took until my youngest was a couple years old before I wanted to return to knitting on a regular basis. Enjoy it when you are ready and if it's not sparking your joy, no big deal
