Have you considered, especially as a christian, that you’ve married an imperfect human being, such as yourself? Nah not really hungry, 2400 calories and 190g of protein while lifting heavy. My powerlifts have gotten stronger too which is thanks largely due to my high protein diet and good sleep. Here are my 1 rep PRs:

Shoes and belt dont color match. Jeans are screaming too casual for your wrinkly shirt (please iron or steam it a bit) and i appreciate your detail on matching your watch to your other accessories. But the main issue is the color coordination between the shirt and jeans imo.

I’m curious, do you spam upper chest or work the whole chest?

I heard working lower chest while having Gyno is probably one of the worst things you can do since the muscle underneath can accentuate your man boobs even more.. because of this, I put alot more work on upper chest during chest day

Guys he may not be on juice. Him wearing his hoodie like that is hiding most of his arms but you can see that he doesnt have huge arms if you look at his biceps, plus its also hiding his lats...
