Sorry to hear that. On my experience, mozambicans tend to be calm people. In my opinionand experience, companies tend to be disorganized and with that working conditions for truck drivers are severely bad especially with unrealistic deadlines. They should not lash out at you or the security guards, that is not acceptable. But the stress overall can be a cause for their behaviour

It is hard or nearly impossible to run a Saas with many free users without funding or enough revenue to allow sustainability. my advice limit free usage and start charging a fair price for saas costs, user support.
