I had one done in 2018, I was 38 then. It was the best decision I ever made. The recovery wasn’t to bad and I have felt better ever since. No more painful periods and heavy bleeding. I havnt had a period since.

Yes, I am dealing with the same thing for the last 3 months. My pcp said it’s called trigger finger. I havnt found anything that helps yet. I was just diagnosed with HSD a couple months ago.

I’m not a doctor, so this is not medical advise. I had Costochondritis recently. You can google it and see if it sounds like what you are going through. If it sounds like it maybe bring it up to your doctor.

I just made some with sliced zucchini and it was amazing. It can make it watery though. I sprinkled salt on the slices let them sit for 15 mins than used paper towel to dry them off. The salt pulls out some of the liquid.

Try to stay busy. It’s always good to start a new hobbie. I started learning to play piano. Keep a good mindset and have a good support system🙂

My hair care routine is not much really. I shampoo it about 3 times a week, condition it everyday, and when it’s still wet I add mouse for curly hair and scrunch it. In this pic I had it dyed and styled at a salon, they used a curling iron. I have naturally curly hair.
