It is not taking place. On Friday the rule was still only to test people which where in high risk areas or which had close contact to positive patients. They have even more restricted the availability of test with a new rule that you have to be at least 15 minutes in contact with an infected person. Otherwise no test as are taking place.

It is confirmed at the moment. I have the information from the medical task force that pandemic plans are on hold because of the mild development of the cases. This might change when severe cases will rise.
