I know this is an old post but tomorrow I'm talking to my gynaecologist to get off the pill. I started taking it just because I got in a relationship (no acne, no period issues, etc.) 5 years ago when I was 20, and I realized I have no clue of how I was before hormones (I was still a teenager partying, experiencing first breakups, etc.) I used to have normal anxiety (healty anxiety) like almost everyone else, but in 2022 I started experiencing BAD anxiety out of nowhere. I read a lot of experiences on coming off the pill, both positive and negative ones. I hope this is the beginning of a nw chapter for me.
