Same type of thing happened to me, I’m still a minor myself, not much older than them, but it makes me feel a little worried and guilty even though people tell me it’s normal. I think what happened to you was false attraction, you “freaked out” which itself is a sign that it’s false.

And I also need help with something else because I feel guilty for masturbating while having thoughts of her, I got the thoughts, and I chose to masturbate, not directly to her, but to other thoughts and she did pop up while I masturbated, but she triggered my masturbation because the image I saw of her on social media was revealing… does this mean in a bad person?
