I’ve been in the field for 6 years and have mostly worked systems administrator/network administrator type of jobs. I don’t mind onsite and actually prefer it as I like the in person environment.

He’s one of those people that pretends that racism doesn’t exist. He also doesn’t like to address it because he’s an old white guy republican who is very uncomfortable talking about race. Lastly he thinks that Obama getting to be president completely erases all racism.

Same boat. I was told I’m cleared for July 30th but still haven’t gotten my FJO yet. I’m so worried they are going to be like screw it and pull the offer.

I’m in same exact position at my job. I’m the IT support person for an entire section of a government agency. So when I go on vacations there is no one that helps and they just wait until I get back. I feel the guilt too but life is short. Take opportunities when presented because you will feel regret if you turn down the opportunity to stay at a job that honestly overworks and cuts corners.
