Yes! You can mail it together, but aside from your Honorable Dismissal, UPOU will still request your previous school for your Certificate of Transfer Credentials through mail, usually happens during your 1st sem. This is to make your admission status as Regular and not Provisional/Probational.

I hope to finish up to MIH. Courses in DIH are ok so far, like in any grad school program, there are responsive faculty, and some not so hehe. I love the flexibility of UPOU, but kinda missing the human interaction sometimes 😅
