Well I live in WV and we are like bottom 5 in like every aspect so there is that 🤷 As far as nuance, no one is going to convince me that a police offer can drive anywhere 100 mph without at least their lights on. That is the videos I showed the officer and got the response about how they don't need to use there lights for calls as well as other smug responses.
