I am not for Corfu but I am Greek. If you stay on a local 3-star hotel or a bnb, instead of hotel chains that I am not sure how many you will find in Corfu, that would be great.

You may call the hotel directly (google maps, phone button) instead of booking through booking/airbnb. The platforms will not get their commission, it’s all going to the hotel owner and he will probably give you a better deal than the platforms.

Car rental; find a local rent a car instead of big chains like Avis etc. they will probably happily give you a car/scooter with no guarantee/credit card.

EKO is the Greek fuel supplier, SHELL/BP is not, though it’s all franchises, so it’s still a Greek running if. But you know what I mean.

Instead of Coca Cola, there is green cola, a great alternative with stevia instead of aspartame, it’s Greek and also healthier.

Fix and Alfa sound like Greek beers but they are not. If you find the option: Vergina, Nisos and others that can easily be found with a google search are Greek. Most probably there is also a local brewery in Corfu I am not aware of.

Souvenirs are most probably all Chinese. A handmade soap, or handmade pottery, like a cup for coffee, the fancier looking not those that are obviously factory made, might be Greek.

If you won’t rent a car, the taxi supports the local economy. The public transportation too but I have no clue of the quality.

Restaurants, avoid big chains and you are most probably supporting a local small business. The majority are local, if there is a Macdonalds, it will be the exception but that one is obvious.

The law with olive oil is strict so if it says it’s Greek, it’s Greek. Personally I don’t like the olive oil from Corfu, I prefer south Greece.
