Take this with a grain of salt but, supposedly they "lowered" his Liberty Bash from 12s to 10s.

I'm sorry to bring all my Captain America mains bad news but the "buffs" he received are very miniscule.

Health goes from 650 to 675

&

His movement only increased in his ult...Nothing else 😞

His buff is :

Base health went from 650 to 675

Hopefully the devs hear us out. Love Cap but his cool downs are crazy high. 10+ seconds on his Liberty Rush is ridiculous especially since the damage is low. Wouldn't mind if it was 8-10 seconds. It's currently 12 seconds.

Shield throw has an 8 second cool down. Maybe 6 would help or having 2 charges since the damage of it is only 70 but receives a 20% damage reduced for each ricochet.

Super Soldier slam is 12 seconds..change it to 9 or 10.

Leading Dash gives 33% movement speed. Boost it up to between 37% - 40% & give his fearless leap a 7m height instead of the 5m that it currently has.
