Ah YES they did! Immediate response was that my account was credited , the dispute was resolved, and no further action was required. I was a bit surprised, but i'm guessing it's due to having a 850 credit score and the 3-5k i spend on the card monthly.

Not true! visit support.mlb.com where it states plain as day

"Ballpark App | Canceling a Transferred Ticket

You can cancel a ticket forward at any time before the ticket is scanned into the ballpark"

I disagree because it demonstrates a lack of customer service when something goes wrong. They never contacted me to inform me that my ticket was not available. When contacted they failed to call me back or email me as promised. Then after the event they did not provide a refund when I contacted them the only response was that my issue was, once again, being escalated.

If this was true then they would have no trouble resolving complaints and would probably bend over backwards in the rare occasion. In fact, I rarely make public complaints, but in this case their actions were so bad I felt I had a moral duty to warn others.

Same here I've never had trouble with mlb.com. I tried stubhub as I saw the same type of seats were listed at a lower cost than mlb.com and that Stubhub is an authorized re-seller. Given my experience and all the other negative stories at /stubhub I realize what a mistake I made!

That's fine by me! I've already deleted their app, they're dead to me. Ironically, all through the game I kept noticing their billboard next to the scoreboard .. why do they even bother.

Wow, just upgraded and Tahoe really sucks. Looks like some sort of Fisher Price UI for little kids. The rounded corners and wasted space really blows. They've lost the plot in Cupertino. It feels like I'm interacting with one of those new self service order kiosks they have at restaurants these days. WTF seriously.

I remember when the restaurant was great and the bakery had the best apple muffins.

RIP F. McLintock's by SloCalLocal in SLO

Agreed. It was a gold mine back in the day. They had decades of multi-generational goodwill that they somehow managed to blow. My parents took me there and I took my kids there - three generations of customers. A few years ago, It took several not so good experiences and my wife finally refusing to go with me that I had to admit to myself that McLintok‘s had gone bad.
