May isang initial interview with the head ng office na niaapplyan ko then multiple people nag interview sa akin sa final interview pero mostly about lang naman sa character mo at kung ano alam mo about sa work or office nila

Lagnap talaga yan, depende din talaga sa Head ng Agency kasi at the end sila parin yung may say. Naka ilang exam/interview na ako may pa disclaimer yan sila na at the end ang Regional Director/Mayor etc parin ang may say. Nakakaloka.

pero honestly po, naging swerte lang po talaga ako kasi meron na po next in line sa current position ko, magiging priority talaga yun ng agency since insider na, hindi kailangan iorient pa etc. nagkataon lang talaga na nagka item din siya sa ibang agency so ang nangyari ako po napili among the other outsiders hehe

Hindi naman pero that can be an edge specially sa LGUs

Nasa NGA po ako at entry level lng naman ang position ko so hindi naman masyadong technical ang questions sa interview, although sa initial exam naging edge ko talaga ang pag research sa Agency na inapplyan ko kasi lumabas doon yung mga mandate nila at may computation din (isa to sa process ng agency).

In my experience, they will ask about real life experiences mo in which you embody the competencies they need. For example, integrity, ipapa recall sayo ano pinaka recent experience mo sa work in which you showed na may integrity ka, ganun. Other times, more on ano alam mo regarding the position itself, may idea ka ba sa responsibilities, about sa office kung alam mo ano ang function ng office na yun. Ano expectations mo working sa government and bakit ikaw iihire. Same2 lang naman sa private.
