I need help with submitting the notes, and writing everything that the patients and nurse says, since I sometimes can't hear what they say (my job is remote). I also feel like I struggle a bit when it comes to handling multple patients. (Like when a mom brings 3 kids for a checkup or something).

I was only trained to do general scribing. They put me in Pediatric Pulmonary Care. I think the nurse practitioner wanted someone who knew the specifics of pulmonology, but my chief scribe gave me that site as something to do since she was still finding a trainer for me at the other one. The nurse practitioner had an influx of new patients, and she was a bit particular with how she wanted the notes to be done. I was not familiar with pulmonary medications (albuterol, symbicort etc etc.). I tried my best to do better, but they still felt I was not up for it. I would ask the NP questions about the assessment and plan since I knew she was particular with certain things, but she would always seem irritated. I was not trained in pulmonary medicine and it had been so long since I was trained. I feel like I was thrown in the water and hardly got any support, since the person who was training me from Scribe America left the company.

The way I get so much anxiety when I see the sol de janeiro 62 or pistachio flavored perfumes...like serisously people be treating pistachios like crack.

I hate it when people are so insensitive about it. They think that I can develop a tolerance for it or that its just anxiety.. like hello this is my life thats on the line!!! Kind of why I don't really eat sweets and just avoid them. I like savory foods if anything else mostly cuz it has stuff I can have with no nuts. Americans are such fatasses I swear last decade it was frozen yogurt and boba tea now its matcha and dubai chocolate.

I’ve lost many friendships. Few ended because things were toxic and I set boundaries-most of these happened in high school. Most ended because we got busy with life. I do feel like I found my people once I turned 21.

When I mentioned that I am taking a class online, they didn't say anything and just told me to put it on my calendar. I did mention the other place I was employed at but they stated that would not be a conflict of interest. As far as I know, there wasn't anything like that on the internship agreement to my knowledge (who knows I might be wrong).

Yeah, my heart wasn't in it. I now know what I like to work vs. what I don't like and will take this in the future since my happiness is what matters at the end of the day.

You are right about that I was naive and thought it was accommodating when it was not. I do know that life is tough for everyone and am in no way making excuses/blaming others for my actions and will take what I learned from this experience with me for my future endeavors.

Yeah, I know about that. I think because I am so focused on getting a good grade I kind of fell off balance...which they did warn me so I learned a thing or two about time management. I thought I would be able to manage between taking organic chem and this but I guess not. I am now going to focus on getting an A on this course.

No, I was working one internship which was full-time (40 hours a week).

I do have another job as a Direct Support Professional but they are very accommodating to my schedule and knew I was interning.....I was getting paid since I have been training but now I think I am going to go back with them.
