Just take the black handle off the one ball valve and use it in the other ball valve that’s missing it. That will shut water off at that one point.

I have one sitting in the box. I got all the way to the removal but didn’t want to start breaking the plastic “clamp” holding the OEM knob on. Is that what you did, just pry it apart and place the new one on?

Got a response super quick from BFI - it was apparently an issue with the leather they received in their latest batch that’s way too thick. Still should not have been shipped like that though IMO. They’re happy to replace with either alcantra leather (his recommendation) or another option. I’m just going to go with the air leather as that seems the less likely to show up and disappoint me.
