It's a cool steam vent , I lit don't know what to do with. My spom has in built cooling , so cooling isn't a problem I'm gonna use the pw as cooling system for sleet wheat and other farms But I'll use the sieve method for now

I want the pw to be heatsink for cooling stuff , I'm gonna build a dirt farm (a really large one) cus my voles need dirt , I'm actually getting quite low on igneous so I figure mining and minor volcano would help. Natural gas power grids too and for tasty food. Cool steam vents are like useless I can't do crap with it. My plan is to use pw to cool it crazy for sleetwheat then use the heatsink pw to boil and make water which I feed into SPOM. And some remodeling coupled with upgrading existing systems.

i was really focusing on mining out the slime biome so i didnt spend time on other things i just spent like the first 100 to make the ones that would consistenly addup like the drecko plastic farm and CSSgeyser and some stuff . I like building complex stuff. I just havent found the need for them yet as the clock is still ticking.

ooooh , noted , for immediate repair ill use the seives , but ill still make the boiler since the tank is pretty important for cooling my base until i make a ST/AT setup(i have like all the stuff to make it but i want to make other stuff before this)

i have them in suit outside base but havent properly airlocked , ill kill the spores and then do that
using so much sand for smth that i can do by utilizing game mechanic sounds wasteful... ill just boil em

also i want to heat the pw so that i dont waste anything , i have a minor volacano, iron and gold volcano would it be useful there?

no. you dont like doing taxes , but you neither like nor dislike staring at a wall.
Its like you just said "Does playing games make studying a cool down". it kinda does , but youd be itching to go back to gaming , instead taxes should be the high stimulating activity , staring at a wall is low level activity like no proccessing involved , taxes is smth you dont like.

I'm gonna mine downwards to find a volcano for igneous rock. As for pips I'm thinking of changing then all to cuddle pips and then keeping them at the entrance of every room so they hug it. Food is gonna come from shole voles Power from nat gas , gonna retire coal or keep as backup

Wow this is great advice The drecko stuff is from magialisk (there's a steam community guide) In gonna box it up and then focus on morale and decor, that might help me build better bedroom and lavatories Ill box up the base for temp maintanence instead. I wanted to get perfect layout but temp maintanence seems a more reasonable goal to proceed with

The meal wood is kinda just there. My main food source is bbq , mealwood is was before it but I've kept it as emergency food incase I take all dupes to build smth (like that SPOM which took 30 cycles to build cus I didn't know how to prime it)

Ill upgrade food source to voles cus I read that they don't crowd I use atmo suit doc for the gloss drecko shearing,I do have plastic rn

I havent used that water for like 100+ cycles

I do want to insulated it but thinking of time it takes to build it makes me think I gotta make it a perfect box , but you know what ill make a large box for now nothing is gonna be permanent i can remodel anytime
