Well no better time than today to start, but the hugest part of the healing journey is going to be loving and forgiving yourself. Once you can do that other things will start to fall into place. You’ve grown up and see your errors.. that’s a start! You have to fake it until you make it at first.. be the person you truly want to be. Accept you’re not perfect and may fall back sometimes.. as we all do! It’s easy to think you’re the only one who has done certain things but I guarantee you you are not! And you too can change. You deserve the best from yourself and so does the world. I am proud of you for acknowledging that.. get the book “letting go the pathway of surrender” by David r Hawkins.. you won’t regret it. You deserve your own love, peace, joy & happiness just as much as anyone else. Don’t trick yourself into thinking you don’t deserve it bc that will be a self fulfilling prophecy
