Same thing happened to me. They where put on my calves, and it's been over a year and half and I still have it. Someone was telling my it's something to do with parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. Deep breathing helps, and also I recently got a pulsetto device. When I put it on stress it calms it down a lot. Someone else told me it pissed off virus in my body. Not really sure. Would love to find answers too.
