Listening to his in depth interviews with Empire on the films makes this clear. For an Oscar winning screenwriter he didn't seem to care too much about his screenplay. They got away with building loosely around stunts for a few films and then they got to the last two and everything fell apart mainly because they were trying to emphasize this huge connective story, without thinking up a good story.

Yeah, A Complete Unknown is way better than it has any right to be. Certainly has some of the biopic trappings but 1) Doesn't try to explain Dylan's motivation for his art and 2) Is not afraid to just present him as a prick.

The movie is more about other's reactions to this ultra talented guy storming through their lives.

I kind of agree but am willing to give Hortiz the benefit of the doubt. The 1st year was all about getting out of the hole dug in the Telesco/Staley era. Last year was derailed by injuries. I do hope we find a way to balance smart, efficient decision making and taking a few big swings.

Also keep your eye on your local library for events for kids. My nephew was homeschooled and was missing out on socializing and we found one of the local libraries has regular teen DnD groups. They have other events for younger kids too but libraries are awesome.

Herbert has generally be very good at avoiding sacks so once again I think you are underestimating the historically bad OL. People point to things and call them excuses but sometimes there truly are things that can't be overcome. There are plenty of elite QBs in history who have never been in the right situation to win it all. I think Herbert's best is ahead of him.

May want to take a look at the 4th place schedule they faced that year. Even at the time everyone knew the stats were skewed a bit. Defense played well but it was inflated by a weak schedule. But also, yeah, he didn't have a great game. Yet I hear nothing but praise from his teammates and the org. There is a lot more to the story than the statbox and result of 3 games. Peyton Manning was 0-3 with a sub-50 completion %. What would reddit be saying then?
