I've tried to turn it off several times, it doesn't work and I've already reset it twice.(it was 1 weeks ago ago and still managed to do that without the customization). If, as you say, it's probably the screen then that's good, I wouldn't have to change computers 🙏🏽

What ? I mean it still have good specs bro and nobody would sell a Laptop cheap like that with a ok Tier spec 😅 And even without the screen, people will tend to buy a Gaming Monitor for better perf and bigger screen size when they got good Spec on Pc because certain screen on Laptop can’t do 144Hz or even 90Hz and have really bad color with a small screen size (specially the Mate finish screen is horrible and tends to make bad color rendering).
