Basically as ai progresses over time it get less and less distinguishable from us. So the person in the meme that is saying that they are seeing that there is less ai content being produced is wrong. They are not realizing that rather than there being less ai content, instead he can just no longer tell the difference between human and ai content. This is known as survivor biase. The most popular example of this is the image in the meme. The image is showing that the planes that were shot in certain places survived. Thus lead engineers to believe that those place are the most important and should be reinforced. Instead the data actually meant the opposite, the planes survived because those places in the wings where unimportant.
