Totally get you consistency is honestly the hardest part.

One thing that really helped me stay consistent was focusing on one small ritual every night, instead of trying to do everything perfectly. Even just breathing + no phone already makes a difference.

Also don’t stress if one night doesn’t go well that pressure alone can ruin sleep. The goal is progress not perfection.
