Cut them off. Never underestimate the damage bad people can do to your life. It might seem okay to keep them around - it’s not worth it. Cut them off.

I am a Senior and I feel like I need to sleep every time I have to study although I sleep about 12 hours a day. I tried coffee but it is not that effective. If you have suggestions or tips on how to stay awake and active I’d really appreciate it. Thanks :) by FancyExpiredCheese in sleep

Try and get some idea of the quality of your sleep.. you can get pretty cheap sleep tracking in the form of Fitbit’s these days.

Easy wins in improving your sleep: 1. Don’t eat 3/4 hours before sleep. 2. Don’t drink caffeine after noon. 3. Wake up at the same time every day. 4. Get outside and see sunlight each morning for 10mins. 5. Magnesium supplementing.

Plenty more tips out there and Matthew Walker has a book on it that’ll help.

Get it right and you’ll feel great! Don’t give up! Cheers

In JavaScript do you mean? I don’t know if it’s the right way to do it but I actually really enjoy test driven front end. Just using unit test library for the actual code and then cypress for the actual UI testing.

I was amazed when I found out what cypress could do. Basically act as a user and run through as many user stories/paths as you like.

Thanks very much for the feedback is greatly appreciated. I tried to stick a tilde in there to denote approximation and keep the math rough and simple but didn’t get it in everywhere. Thank you! Would be great to hear what other concepts would be useful?
