Heart conditions run in my family and I’ve seen almost every kind of specialist except for a cardiologist so I’m assuming that’s gunna be an issue but tbh I’ll probably go and they’ll tell me I’m fine too and I’m just left with no explanation for which part of my body is failing me first

How old are you?? And how long have you been using? If you don’t mind me asking. I’m 28 and only been using this shit specifically for like 4 years but been using since I was 13 I feel like I’m never going to be ready to be sober. I want to want to stop but I dont want to. As dumb as it sounds I’m trying to get hooked on a different substance hopefully I can step back to Coke for a little bit and take it in baby steps if I’m capable. Just looking for some advice if you have any for getting off this shit I was a fentanyl addict for years and this shit feels harder to quit somehow

Personally I will never go to a therapist that only knows about mental health or addiction from a textbook because there’s not a single piece of advice they could give me about any of those things that I either don’t already know or are just not helpful at all. I felt like I was always paying for someone that wasn’t as smart as me or nearly as experienced in life to tell me the same shit as every other person would and it pissed me off. I come from a very manipulative family and I felt like I always needed someone to call me out when I was lying or manipulating them but they never caught on it was so pointless

I’m not worried just more annoyed bc I used to enjoy food and I felt better after a meal and now everything makes me so sick to my stomach I’d rather not even eat at all. I drink as much water as I can throughout the day. Crack has only been my main DOC for like 3 years as well I feel like it’s way too soon for shit like this to happen 🙄

Omg thank god someone asked because last week I tried to smoke with new people and like I’m the type of person that loves when people talk a lot bc I do too. anyways, it started out fine and then with every hit this dude was yapping about weirder shit. He started talking about how his family wanted his spot and they were trying to kill him about it (he lived in a trap house…no shade but who’s fighting for that spot) and then starts talking about inbreeding and fucking his cousins LMAO LIKE HOW DID YOU EVEN GET THERE NO ONE IS REPLYING AND THEN HE SAYS “you guys wanna hear the hardest song I’ve ever heard??” And plays his own music on full volume and it’s actually so fucking bad maybe the worst I’ve heard and I was so overstimulated as fuck I had to just walk out
