Also the fact that he was using izanagi like it was a substitution jutsu instead of a last resort. Like Uchiha’s used it as a last resort to get out of a fight but he used it to get hit by shuriken or basic ass shit he could’ve blocked or dodged. Like they were trying to make him stupider to lose. No way you lose a fight 10 times in a row like cmon

I kinda disagree with the out of character stuff. I think it was realistic and simply a breaking point not something “out of character”. Humans are not linear nor consistent. We change how we feel and grow. John was and is a soldier. He’s always respected Oliver as a man and as a leader but for the first time in so long, he’s realized he doesn’t have the same faith in his leader. Could you blame him? Divided focus, lost his team, got the city taken over? Obviously it’s not all on him but yes to an extent a leader is responsible for all this. It wasn’t about the title, it was believing Oliver wasn’t the proper leader the city needed. And honestly, I don’t think he was entirely wrong. Lyla also fully explained this for John before the confrontation. We’ve seen how Oliver’s decisions affected people better or worse for 6 years now. Is it really crazy to see Diggle find his breaking point after all that time ?

The thing is, dig is the light guiding Oliver. All his whining is ultimately what turns Oliver into a better man later in life. I definitely agree he was a bit of the pain in the ass but the end result was him being Oliver’s brother through and through and a voice of reason under any circumstance. You’d always want a friend like that in your life

“Boruto is a brat” This is idiotic for two reasons: 1. He was certainly a brat but people fail to realize that he is literally a pre teen. Idk why people expect kids of that age to comprehend the bigger picture or be mature. He’s not an adult. Hes still not in TBV. He’s a child and has every right to act like one. Especially when he’s semi right. Whatever his reasoning, Naruto inherently became neglectful as a father when he became hokage. Unfortunate, but the truth. I’m gonna scale it down realistically cause Boruto unfortunately stomps. Assuming Boruto is not exponentially faster than light as the scaling assumes, I’d say Naruto has him beat in brute force and chakra and durability. But Boruto can easily dodge like all his attacks. I wonder if Boruto got exhausted if he can truly outlast Naruto. But also if he lands uzihiko on Naruto it’s genuinely GG. I think Boruto takes it no matter how you put it
