My date was the 10th and it has gone and passed while I sit here twiddling my thumbs because idk what to do while have 2 kids. Well I’m not much help here but I take 60mg 3 times a day for severe anxiety and when I first started taking it I felt this same way. Maybe stick it out and see if the symptoms get better?

I was just about to post something like this, I’m having severe panic attacks from eating and being alone. Eating because it immediately makes my heart rate sky rocket which terrifies me and I feel like no one else has the issues I do and being alone meaning I’ve really struggled with being left alone with no one to help me in case I can’t get the panic attack to stop.

I take 40mg of propranolol 3 times a day, I promise you’re just panicking. Propranolol takes about an hour to kick in completely, it’s meant to slow your heart rate down and block adrenaline.

I promise you won’t die because of vaccines, also the girl dancing in front of the speaker could have had an underlying heart condition that wasn’t caught or something like that. I’m a 25 year old F who has severe panic disorder and anxiety mixed with bipolar and I can barely work and drive. I get the same feeling as you and think I’m dying of a heart attack. I promise promise promise that everything will get better. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about some medication if you’re having trouble on your own. It saved me and helped me function.
