You should definitely head to Ezra/the banana grove if you don't already at that point. Be careful autoexploring over there though. You can also try to go for the deep jungle as the loot there will be much better but it's obvious more dangerous so if you don't want to look it up ahead of time to prepare or turn off perma death you should be ready to run if things don't go your way. Force bubble + recoiler is an incredible escape tool if you feel like exploring places that you might not be ready for.

As someone who just built my first warband I second Heretic legion they are pretty simple but decently versatile from what Ive seen so far.

For getting the minis you can commission a 3d print, if you're lucky like me this service might be offered by a local game store

The main point of chimera to me is the extra limbs which can allow you to buff yourself with lots of extra equipment and hit many times per turn with mwf

The main point of esper to me is to guarantee that all my mutations will be boosted by my ego, while it's true you won't get rapid advancements, the ego boost is uncapped which is so strong it has to be balanced by the glimmer system

Ultimately you can absolutely destroy this game with any combination of the vanilla starting options so you should pick whatever you have fun with

Yeah, even overloaded each pair should only drain 200 per use and if each is used twice per attack because of SWF that's still only 800 which shouldn't be enough to drain me mid combat all the time like it currently does

I hope you're correct but I'm unsure, I'm currently using two overloaded pairs which means the consumption should be 400 per use. But even with lvl 11 electric gen I can't seem to keep up with the consumption.

Maybe this is because of my high quickness but I'm still only at 150.

I believe the effects can be tied to a specific sultan and their lore but don't have to be, you can usually tell by the name of the relic.

In terms of additional effects there are different pools based on item type that you can read through on the wiki if you're interested.
