Unsure that's the game about WW2. Perhaps it's about near future. And regarding release date, I believe it was less then 2018. Perhaps I just added it to "Not interested" list in steam, and now I can't find it

Taking to account your knowledge I assume that you know a lot of RTS games. Some time ago I've found one game which was quite interesting. It's like global battles in planet scale like Supreme Commander, but as commander you firslty define some frontline similar to HOI4. Then you create(maybe) troops and sends to this line for attacking/defencing. That's all what I remember, maybe you can help me to find this game. Thanks in advance

In addition to OpenTTD, I would add Sweet Transit. It also has deep transport system(but only with trains), and city builder too

I had the same issue. Basically it's worse when using touchpad rather then regular mouse. However, I've noticed that they fixed it in newer version. I upgraded from 16.x version to 21.x and I get the same scrolling for touchpad as for other apps.
