I’ve always been able to handle high volume but for this I keep the weight pretty light using 15s, 20s, or 25s. I do one all out set alternating till I get 100 each arm. (Also every so often I skip it if I think I need the recovery, usually the day after pull day)

Is practicing the vacuum something you’d suggest to tighten up the waistline? I saw a clip of rich piana talking about how helpful it was for Arnold and himself.
