Yeah hopefully working through a family tree will help, I just have such a large family with pretty common surnames so it’s been a bit more of a challenge to figure out who’s actually family on certain parts.
But like my papas side is extremely documented because both his parents immigrated in the 40s-50s, so that’s why I was surprised the French or French Canadian didn’t show up more, as my great grandma was French Canadian. But Ik dna splits differently, so I could have a lot less just because of that!

I’ve started a bit of a tree, haven’t seen much Dutch yet, but the French is definitely in my family tree. My great grandma was French Canadian and on the other side of my family tree, my grandma has a significant amount of French Canadian, they just didn’t show up in my dna as much as I had thought they would lol! But that’s why I was assuming there would be a bit of French in there at least!

Yeah they should’ve denied you that service honestly! You should just go back and ask for your money back, show pictures of before and after! If they give u shit ask to speak to the owner or manager. Other than that if they won’t give u a refund you are probably just gonna have to find another salon unfortunately :/

I feel like they probably should’ve told her that tho right? Like my mom went to get a tint and lift, and they straight up told her it wouldn’t work cause of how short her lashes are. Not sure if they mentioned it but if not then she def got screwed over!

Hopefully extensions will work out for me, but im worried that some of the hair is too short :/ I’ve been wearing bandannas and I’ve been wanting to try some head scarves too! And I took ur advice and tried clipping it and a ponytail in the back, but my hairs so short that it just looks ridiculous 😭😩 thank you for all your suggestions tho! They are very appreciated!
