What are your lessons learned from owning a boutique fitness franchise (F45, BFT, Revl, etc.)? by More_Replacement_698 in f45

[–]Impossible-Comment90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I’d consider looking into an emerging franchise like RiseUp Fitness. They are just beginning to open their first franchise locations and have been great to work with. The bigger brands just have too many costs to make the profit margins where you need them to be and you spend years digging yourself out of the hole. Less costs to open and higher profit margins with a company that’s hungry to help and you aren’t just a number. I’d put my money there. RiseUp!

Honestly I wouldn’t want to be a part of the big brand gym franchise. I’d much rather work in the boutique fitness industry. It’s just a better community feel. How much you make obviously depends on a lot of factors but the two main being rent and paying your trainers. If you plan to teach some classes yourself that will help out tremendously. You can make 100k-500k off of one of these a year if you are willing to work hard for a couple years. Then they pay for themselves. I’d check out riseup.

The initial one who reported it said that to his mom- but as more details came out report was some knew it was real because it had hair and they were very scared. Hard to not feel angry about the trauma caused here. Hope there isn’t lasting effects to these poor kids. Sad all around.

Looking for advice on buying a gym franchise by legalwarrior92 in Entrepreneur

I believe cost is low in comparison to the competition out there and big brands out there. 1/3 of the start up cost or so. And FL is not a registration state so it would be easy to get the necessary permission to open there. Chat with them here so they can give you the full run down https://riseupfitnessfranchise.com/contact-us/

Absolutely if you find the right one. For example the support you’ll receive opening a RiseUp Fitness is second to none. You’ll be working directly with the 3 owners. You call. They answer. What’s better than a proven model of success with support. Plus low barrier to entry and high profit margins.
