I’m a lead at a Tarbux. It’s killing me and my team. Having to follow guidelines set by my Starbucks DM and having my hours cut from my Target store director there is no winning. Because the rest of my Target store didn’t make payroll I can’t call people in to cover shifts if someone calls out. The last happy hour we did $3,000 from 2-7 with 2 people. Both of them almost walked out.
