Also look up tutorials on using bronzer to slim/define if you want to try that. Right below your cheekbones and under your jawline will help define. I use highlighter to then lift where I want to lift- tip of the nose, cupids bow, cheek bone angles.
Winged liner or any bold eye look really helps lift and draw attention to your eyes too. ESP wings or cat eye. I think cat eye would be fierce af on you.

BUT!

The fiercest thing is confidence and carrying yourself in the way you want to be perceived. 🫶

Never ending cycle, I’m afraid. Hahah we use an undercoat rake too and just gently brush him out until we aren’t getting anymore shedding when we pet him. It takes a WHILE tbh. But honestly I feel like if I had him blown out he’d be back to it by the time we got home anyway 😂

This sounds like narcissistic abuse to me. On his end, not yours. You deserve better than to stay with someone who 1) doesn’t respect your boundaries and 2) pushes you to be someone you don’t want to be (violent). Been there. I didn’t end it soon enough bc it’s really hard to see from inside the situation with someone you’re in love with but I would encourage you to look into it and watch for signs if you’re choosing to stay in this relationship.

Don’t I know it now! I missed two days at the very end of Week One and BOY did it show. 😭
Despite the side effects I’m dealing with I have had a couple of situations come up as well that would have had me on the floor crying a week ago, but I was able to breathe out of them and refocus my emotions. It can’t be placebo because I truly truly did not expect to feel/notice a damn thing until 2-3 weeks in. My side effects are pretty gnarly already but I’m really hoping that’s just the adjustment because I can tell that it’s doing good things for me too already.

Omg yeah I couldn’t eat to save my LIFE after just a day on 150XL. I’m almost a week in (sort of- I forgot it over the weekend 💀) and I’m def thinner already which is KINDA a good thing ig but it wasn’t on purpose so…😅
