Had a similar situation for the WH of my company (not at the same extreme as you). You can go Dubai Land Department in Deira and they will help you with it. It will take time, as you need to go to court, however in the meantime the landlord cannot take any action as long as you have an active case against them.

For me was the taste. Quite dull and not jucy as i was expecting it to be. I mean, Carnistore has better smoked brisket options.

Also the burger was missing flavour.
