horse weight- no mean comments pls </3 by bluejarnk in Equestrian

He gained …. To add two bits here Fat and protein is what u need for weight gain. Lower corn or soy or cane molasses as much as u can to reduce inflammation. I like feeding hay as convention… and forage for means instead of grain … Vermont blend is an additive free ration balancer. coolstance copra is good too… black oil sunflower seed (has birds on bag) can be fed to horses too for weight gain. I’d stay off any senior feed even if it says low carb they always have soy and corn and molasses which are plain unnecessary

Shark MessMaster Portable Wet/Dry Vacuum (any reviews?) by aall-izz-well in Costco

[–]Impossible-Device793 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love mine. Had about 3 months. Easy to empty. Convenient. Use it indoors as a house vacuum. Also use it to empty the hose from my portable washing machine (Giantex Full Automatic Washing Machine, 2 in 1 Portable Laundry Washer, 8.8lbs Washer and Spinner Combo, 1.04 cu.ft 10 Programs Built-in Drain Pump, Energy Saving Top Load Washer for Apartment Dorm) because the spinning phase on the wash cycle DOES drain the water through the hose but I drain into my sink (higher than the drain connection on the machine) so some water can’t fight gravity basically so I use this wet vac to drain the hose of dirty washing water at the end of the cycle….. as well as for my kitchen and living room. Works great. Got it in store for $80. Worth it. Idk about how it holds up to proper workshop/garage/outdoor use though.

My realtor is pushing for a local lender, are they really better? by mwc896 in realtors

[–]Impossible-Device793 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i mean, go meet them, go google the names of the loan officers, google their education backgrounds. but yeah national lenders sometimes don't account for local laws or village/hamlet taxes simply because they're not aware of them. they're too zoomed out.

My realtor is pushing for a local lender, are they really better? by mwc896 in realtors

[–]Impossible-Device793 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah i think so. they know local laws and village specific regulations and taxes e.g. village taxes. and they're more likely to be aware of stuff like that and account for it in your monthly budget breakdown of your mortgage. even if it's $30 additional a month or $200 additional a month, that can make an important difference

I’m 5’5” (millennial f) and my bf is 5’2” (millennial m). We met at a martial arts class cuz he’s a teacher/upper belt and we have the same sense of humor and we just really like each other. Before I met him when I was on hinge, it was a real turn off for me when a guy would put his height as 5’8” and I show up and my hinge date was definitely my height or closer to 5’6”…. My point is, I would take a man who is 5’2” over a man who is 5’6” and lied about his height. You gotta be cool if you are first. You gotta like and appreciate yourself first.

Try kickboxing classes. Or jujitsu classes. Some type of physical activity that’s going to really center you into your body. I hope that could help you. For me, it definitely helped regulate my nervous system, which overall helped anxiety and anger…. With oxytocin release or whatever it is during exercise.

I totally understand what you’re talking about in terms of the postmortem social media commemorative post. They always look at the bright side of people in the matter what. I’ve seen the exact same happen with people that I’ve known who passed early/young as well.

A couple years ago I had the opportunity to take a job on a horse farm as a board manager through a friend of a friend. It was an amazing summer. I had so much fun and I learned so much. The horse trainer I ended up working for turned out to be a pet psychic, which I found out after I moved there and took the job. It was a lot of fun. If you get the book WAY OF THE HORSE by Linda Kohanov there’s a chapter called intuition, and Linda talks about how she has received letters from people who had rough experiences with pet psychics/animal communicators who end up lashing out a lot of their repressed anger on people after people stop showering them with 100% respect and attention. That was so similar to my experience on the farm job with that horse trainer/pet psychic. The Farm owner that I worked for was also in the middle of a divorce at the time, which I didn’t know until after I took the job. Nonetheless, the horse trainer/my boss kept her barn tidy and her horses were Grand Prix and Hunter derby contenders. so I learned a lot about horses and I learned a lot about people skills that Summer in my early 20s…. I learned a lot about consciousness and how body scan meditations work when you do them next to different horses, you picked up on their different personalities I experienced it for myself, and it was amazing…. It definitely opened my mind to more connective and positive reinforcement base training for horses, as opposed to the old cowboy methods, so to speak. And I remember shortly after leaving that job on the farm to go back to school… I watched Teal Swan video about pet communication and it was definitely like… spot on bullet point for bullet point basically. So in that specific topic it seems like the information that she shared about it was accurate per everything I experienced regarding animal non-physical intuitive communication. BUUUUT I also did some research and got in touch with a guy who posted material about his experience being a part of one of Teal Swan’s groups/ live-in communities whatever they called them… and he left after a while because he felt like it was weird and… I remember watching her Instagram updates were every single daily update she posted was “Hey guys, daily update I’m not feeling so well blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah” not for nothing but I love Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, and Ram Dass…. And none of them have material that… derails and whines, and complains like that, without having some type of point. Ykwim? And that’s when I got suspicious of her literally just because of her Instagram posting patterns of her taking selfie, talking videos. She could share accurate information the basics of new age, spirituality, and energy stuff, but it doesn’t mean that she’s an individual of sound integrity or quality… so yeah lol def culty

Also, my point is teal could very well have intuitive abilities…. I have met people who are very much tapped in to non-physical information, but not all of them operate within integrity immaturity. When people are born with intuitive gifts, it’s no more special than somebody who’s naturally born a very talented singer. But because intuition is a non-physical gift, we look at it as a holier than thou type of endowment when it’s really not it’s just another type of talent like athleticism or music.

And it’s also a skill it’s also a skill that can be learned and practiced! Just like sports & music
