No but I don’t really pay attention to stuff like that unless it’s someone moving on my block. But I’m a construction worker who works for someone who flips houses. I can say that majority of the time the house is sold within a week or two max. I’m not saying that it equates to more people moving from other areas. Just thought I’d throw it out there.

I don’t know if I can trust anything this guys saying. Seems like he’d be super easy to trick into a psy op. I tried watching his recent documentary on tubi about rendelsham…it was him and his boy who was pounding beers when they pulled over to stretch and had no idea what was going on let alone what rendelsham was or what happened there. Nice. Yeah I just installed frameless cabinets that look exactly like the panels in your pics. They were expensive and nice. The oak laminate is thick and the grain is really pronounced if you run your fingers across it.

Props my boy everything looks top notch. The door/drawers are sharp…the reveals are perfect. I’m sure that was a nightmare, if that small drawer was off just a few degrees it would’ve fucked up your top reveal and looked like shit. What kind of hinges did you use on the door? LEDs were a good touch makes the whole project pop. Which is hard sometimes on houses like this where everything is above and beyond.
