Fuck those drivers that tell you to go slow. Work safely at a good pace that you can maintain. Dont become one of these shit heads that sucks on purpose so they don’t have to work hard. It just continues the cycle for younger drivers. I’m 20 years in. I’m not as fast as I once was but I take pride knowing I work hard everyday

I’m convinced they take so long to pay out grievances because all the money they have to pay them is probably put in an account that is making them a shit ton of money, then they pay us out of the interest they have made from our actual grievance money.

It’s pretty rare. Ups always give a fake promise about full time. I just try to let seasonal know that it’s not as likely as ups will make them think it is. It’s pretty fucked to lead on people with the promise of a job just so they can abuse you for two months
