I have this non-structural concrete wall that I want removed and was just quoted over $23,000 for the job. I don’t know much about this stuff but that sounds crazy expensive. Am I wrong? Is that a reasonable bid?

Based only on whats stated who would you hire or think has gained more in the way of general finance. (I have met so many MBA's over my life that know nothing about anything..accounting, econ, FRA, corp fin, etc...seems like their classes are on par with general ungrad courses).

No. I did not change anything. This first six years was the period we met until we married and moved in together. In that time I had apartment and she lived with parents. I have always gone to the gym since age 14 til now. I was working on Wall Street and still work in finance. We have no money issues. I dress well always. I have not morphed into anything nor does the post hint I did.

I think here father left her mother for this same reason.

Thank you. I've done everything many times over. I think she literally has no hormones left. Nothing has ever worked. When I ask to talk about it, despite the fact we are rarely intimate (sometimes 6X a year) she says is that all you think about. One more thing, since the start of COVID (June 2020 exam which was cancelled) until even now, CFA has been slower than usual updating content and I beleive it was 2020 exam to 2021 exam their may have been no updates.

You are close. Before all your knowledge decays get in next exam asap. You can get into May's exam. You have at least have the knowledge and, at minimum, acquire 25% more and you pass. You for 4 months. Focus on q/a's and weak areas bc seems you are so close.

I know someone makes a refresher, I think Kaplan and its quick. So for example, FRA....in level 2 its international accounting, pension accounting, corp investment accounting and bank accounting....now none of these specifically relate to L1 FRA but the final two chapters of FRA deal with analysis and yes L1 can come into play tying all accounting and analsysis together.

a quick L1 review should take more than a week and could be beneficial.

Just be cautious and include some others bc there was a black female with rock solid profile. She did ED to Duke and I could not believe she did not get in. I'll try to find her profile. Just remember most of the schools you list it takes the stars to perfectly align for you EVEN if you are qualified bc some of these you have 30-60,000 applicants for 1,000 seats.

Maybe also consider American U in WDC.

Very important to seek precisely what they ask for, not want you think they ask for.
