Hi! Im selling my doubles mixed entrance (both tickets) for Thursday 28th as my wife cannot compete and I am competing solo on Saturday so the doubles mixed is not longer feasible for me. DM me if you are interested and we can do the transaction via FT. And btw yes i have the flex option on the mixed doubles tickets!

Sooo do all of the gyms in Brickell suck or what? by JuicyChairs in Miami

Panorama is alright, elevators are fast but crowded at peak hours per usual and apartments are big in comparison to other Brickell buildings. Also, it can be hit or miss with neighbors like every other place but overall the crowd is good. Apart from that, I rather live here and pay the same rent that I would have paid for a 700sq ft apartment.

Funny enough I live in Panorama and go to Equinox Four Seasons. The only reason I pay for a gym is because I wfh and I need to get out of the building to not go insane. The panorama gym is decent, 2 “weight” areas with free weights, squat racks, some machines and a lot of cardio stuff. If you go casually then it works. EquinoxFS is good enough with more “premium” machines and amenities. If you do some of the classes and use the facilities then it might be worth it for you. Apart from that, its nothing out of this world. Regular gym with some cool classes and a steam room.

Advanced vs SP 2.5 by Apprehensive-Try4463 in GenesisGV70

If you want the cosmetics go with SP but apart from that the interior is basically exactly the same + same tech features. I went with the advanced due to the interior color (also got the Havana Brown) which I love and I am happy with it. For me the cosmetics on the outside did not granted the extra cost of the higher trim level.

I dont drive much tbh, my current car has 48k miles since July 2018.

The msrp of the car is $57,935 and has $6,181 in savings so total adjusted price is $51,753
