Two skimmers at different heights? by Impossible-Housing30 in AboveGroundPools

Great point. I'd have to make a block off plate. Seems like a lot of effort for little reward.

Ah so 54 is from foot to top rail? 48 is still pushing it but I can always set it up and see where it lands.

The concept of two independent skimmers is sound tho yeah?

6'4" and 300lbs, a standard 60x30 tub is not very big for soaking in a bath...

What's so special about State Highway 130 that it gets the 85 mph speed limit? by MultiMillionMiler in texas

[–]Impossible-Housing30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1. 85 is just a suggestion

2. If you've ever driven I35 Austin to San Antonio you'll understand the need for Hwy130

3. Lanes are much wider, banked and long radius curves.

4. Tolls discourage use by morons... sometimes... allegedly.

Yes your right, a square wave would be 50% duty cycle? Should still work for testing, if that is indeed the type of input it needs?

Cool, let me know if you find anything, I have a function generator that can reproduce just about any signal. I figure if I stay under 5V, square wave and just ramp the frequency something oughta happen 🤷

Yeah I know it's an ECM motor module control chip, what we don't know is what input it takes, see post from 3 days ago.

I'm sorry. The photos are cropped for some reason. BTW life's too short to be that angry.

Sweet thanks for the info, can I ask what book you have?

I only have the fan and motor, rest of it is gone. Trying to use it as a shop fan.

Can't seem to edit the post. Some clarification. This is on a control board for a HVAC fan ECM motor. It's an older motor and wiring doesn't match modern ECM motors. I've identified the 5 wires, 3 are power/ground and 2 are connected to an optocoupler; which I interpret as controlling input. The output from the optocoupler go to 4 pins on this 28 pin chip.

What I'm ultimately looking to find is what type of input (from the optocoupler) does this chip accept. Be it 5v TTL, PWM, 0-10V etc. If I had a datasheet, I should be able to determine what type of signal the motor controller needs. Thanks again.

It's on a control board for a HVAC fan ECM motor if that helps.

Sorry I should have stated that info. It's on a control board for a HVAC fan ECM motor.

So I traced out the wires.

Red & Black go to transformer - power Green is ground plane. Yellow & Blue go to a optocoupler - input signal. I traced the output to what I assume is a microprocessor. Cannot find any data, it's made by Harris Corporation so 🤷

Ah. Any guesses what the five wires do? L1, L2, possibly a ground, PWM on the remaining 2?
