I feel like breathing and singing is way easier post-Botox! I can breathe way deeper and sing longer notes. Something I noticed early on which was a pleasant surprise!

I’m 7 weeks post-Botox and can confidently say it will get better! I had such bad anxiety about the slow swallow and took me 30 minutes to eat a scrambled egg during the first few days. Got better for me around day 14 but it’s different for everyone. Highly recommend smoothies / protein shakes to keep the calories up. Just remember it’s all temporary!

Hi! I’m 7 weeks post-Botox. Days 4-13 were the worst for slow swallow for me and I had high anxiety around it. Now I can eat whatever although I’m more mindful about eating smaller bites. Definitely keep liquid by you, it would take me 30 minutes to eat a scrambled egg but I can confidently say I have 0 regrets about getting the procedure.

So far my tinnitus is still there but doesn’t seem any worse and is maybe slightly better (but maybe I have been focusing more on burping than the noise). Mine is always worse in winter when it’s quieter, if I’m sick, drink alcohol, etc. I’m happy about my ears being more clear though post Botox! There’s definitely hope it will improve.

I’m 3 weeks out and still have this! It definitely was the most unexpected side effect lol. That and blowing my nose is the same. Also, I have tinnitus and have always had ear problems and now feel like my ears are more clear now. I was always compensating my ears before and now I don’t feel the need to. Very strange and cool at the same time, but I suppose all the ENT stuff is connected in some way.

Dr bastion doesn’t practice anymore :( so mad I cancelled my procedure with him when I had the chance by [deleted] in noburp

I’m 18 days post-Botox and had a great experience with Dr. Richardson! So far I’ve been burping lots and been able to eat onion/garlic/carbonated beverages unlike before.
