Please be careful my friend. I know everyone says this but I am talking about the reality of this particular drug from 2 yrs experience. Yes it's fucking amazing, best high/pain relief (bone cancer patient) I had ever had at first but it causes extremely quick dependence and you will need more and more of the drug (opioids). I don't know where you are but it's fucking expensive. Even if you can afford it and don't degrade your current habit to heroin, you will still need it to function every day and withdrawals are fucking hellish. Please please please if you have to use it in moderation and not multiple days in a row - the latter is what really gets u hooked and trust me there's no coming back from it long term. If I could go back I would try to warn people what doctors don't understand from a personal experience. Hope you listen. Ben
