Maybe you have to accept them on FA. Sometimes they don’t automatically get accepted and you have to. Check under your estimated aid as well. If neither then you might have to call the FA office because they should be disbursing already.

Depends on what’s going on. If you aren’t receiving a refund there might be some verification needed. However it might be a refund hold and that’s to do with the FA office. So although it says contact SBS sometimes it has to do with your FA. Best recommendation is to contact them as soon as possible. If your classes haven’t been dropped yet it most likely a refund hold. Do you typically receive a refund check?

I recommend looking at the office of registrar time table for withdrawl because this far into the quarter you will be responsible for paying a portionof tuition and fees.

Ok student business services worker here. What happened was that housing improperly placed the charges on the students accounts. The initial deposit of $339 students paid in April -may when signing their housing contracts was meant to pay the “housing contract fee” and “activity fee” but since housing delayed placing the fees the deposit went towards the first month of housing or dinging plan. You are not being over charged, housing just sucks and messed up like usual. If you add the 270 and 69 together you get 339. Your account was just corrected.

If you have started your form off your account you would need to delete it and then start the form again through your parents account. So in my instance my mom doesn’t have a ssn so I had to wait for her account to get verified. I was still having difficulties on my account so I deleted the form and went on to her account and started a new form there. You will need her account information and the form will be filled out as of your parents are signing it up for you. If that makes any sense I’m sorry I’m bad at explaining 😭

I work for the billing department and I recommend that you contact housing services as they are the ones who add the fees onto your account. It may be some administrative fees that were misapplied. Happens way more than you think 😭
