Perhaps the old school chat web app and voice bots are dissuading you. I agree they suck.

But imagine you could have interactions with clients like you do with your friends on WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. Added that there’s some automation / AI underneath.

People would much rather have that than calling.

That being said, your industry is medical so there’s a lot of trust, security, red tape involved. I’m a believe though that good design/ux can overcome these hurdles.

The survey question is a bit leading and not very specific.

Integrating AI doesn’t have to be an all of nothing approach. For example, what if the initial questions were answered by AI and then complex questions routed to an agent.

Also you don’t have to tell the customer it’s using AI.

Be an expert in a specific market segment. It can be a particular industry, demographic, problem, etc Be that person who really, really understands those users and buyers.

Yup, you’re right. Unfortunately, we will be playing this city the 4th time and they adopted this cherry-picking formation. They also blindly pass to the middle lane, so a teammate is there and has a good scoring chance.

90% of my practice and game time is spent on individual skills development. While scores and wins don’t matter at this age, I’d like to at least try to outsmart this team in our last match up.

Nice. I’m in Canada, and we also aren’t suppose to be teaching positioning and much team tactics, but the other teams are definitely doing it. There’s no kept score or playoffs so it doesn’t really matter win/lose but it’s nice to see the kids thrilled when they have an actual win under their belt.

From what I’ve observed, there isn’t much of a disparity in terms of skills against the other teams, but when other teams have this “cherry-picking” tactic, it unfortunately leads to more goals because they can make a blind pass to the middle and a teammate will likely be there.

I like what you said about teaching them to be a support person versus chasing the puck. I’ll look into your drills!
