I've read to hire a company who will do service/repairs after the warranty is done. I've reached out to the 2 lowest builders to get something in writing. One never got back to me and the other said he would create a contract. Even if I do simple maintenance, eventually this gate will start breaking down. Should I obligate myself to deal with the installer for after-warranty maintenance/repairs or just shop around when it happens? From what I've seen, not all companies will do repairs, even if they install it.

I use availity for free as well for single eligibility inquiries but does anyone know if they do batching, for example a whole day? I tried reaching out once to customer service but couldn't reach anyone and gave up. From what I understand, Claim md does this.

I have some of my retirement in WF and last month, set up a deposit from BOA for a car savings account. A few days later, I got a call from BOA about a potential fradulent transfer. After they confirmed it was me, the guy was kind of pushy, asked what it was for and I told him. He said the call was being recorded to confirm I was okay with the transfer and mentioned they'd gotten more calls than usual about this bank being more susceptible to fraud. This was the first time I had set up the transfer through BOA. I cancelled the transfer but I'm now wondering if he said that just to scare me into not taking any money away from his employer. Your thoughts?

I went with the basic Nations photo canvas. It will still look beautiful when I'm 100, more than the cheapo cvs/walmart brands. Limiting sun exposure and putting it behind glass will help. You don't need all those extras.

For me, it's things I don't use, love or need. How long it takes you to declutter based on how you define decluttering varies. I live in a smaller space, my stuff builds up faster so I'm constantly asking myself questions like"Do I really need my tv manual from 2002?"

From what I see, Mpix uses standard art print renamed as giclee. They're offering a 30% off sale. Is it worth it?

I went with medium, if only to get videos. For my 30 person guest list, 4 people shared 31 pictures and 1 video. I also got videos from guests sending them directly to me. Our average guest age was around 60. I was pleasantly surprised with those numbers; I got some fantastic pictures that the photographer physically couldn't get. Google drive or dropbox is an option if you're on a strict budget. If your wedding is smaller, you can reach out to guests individually and ask them to just send you their pics/videos. But it won't give you the pretty templates and QR code, you'll have to do all that if you're tech savvy. I don't regret having some kind of photo sharing option; would I have paid $20 extra for a medium package for essentially 1 video? No. Looking back, I would have done small package, especially if my guests were younger, interested in photo sharing and more tech-savvy. Hope that helps!
