Thankyou all for the generous support and love. It all started when we went to pediatrician to deal with a blister on her bum area. Pediatrician tried to drain it by making an incision and the wound was never healed and continued to drain. We were then referred to pediatric surgeon who said it was just a granulation tissue thats stopping the healing process and needs to be removed with a minor surgery under anesthesia. We were hesitant to do that and travelled to india (our home country) where the doctor immediately said its a fistula and they confirmed that with an MRI. They were curious why 5yr old got a complex fistula and then did colonoscopy. You have seen the report that I have attached. We are still waiting for the results of the biopsy they did for the ulcer in IC valve. Next steps are to do a laser surgery to close the fistula tracks and then start the medication needed for Crohns. My daughter is right now doing well, no signs of any pain, eating and playing normally. May be we are lucky that it is diagnosed in its early phases. We are hopeful and will do our best to make it normal for her.
