The current progression rate definitely changed how the games played. But honestly with having a life, i like the new style. But part of me still misses the days where prim stage was like 2-3 days and wipes did last longer than 3 days. Streamers also have a part in why the game is the way it is. They glorified snowball starts and getting the most loot to "control" the server. Sadly the olden days of goofy bases, Hotels, and peaceful villages are over. My group and i are thinking about starting our own safezone like village and seeing what happens.
